My Journey
I’ve been a dedicated practitioner of holistic medicine since 2011. I love empowering patients to better understand the intricacies of their bodies and discover the gentle power of healing arts.
As an internationally recognized practitioner and teacher, I enjoy being able to bridge the gap between ancient arts and modern-day ailments to provide a safe and nurturing atmosphere in which to heal. I am always looking to integrate new treatments and therapies into my practice and believe that continued learning is important for any good practitioner.

I was blessed with the gift and drive to help others through ancient and forgotten wisdom. I've spent years studying and practicing alternative healing arts to improve the lives of my clients through a process that empowers them and ignites greater respect and understanding for those who've lived before.
While mainly a shamanic practitioner, I often use or recommend a variety of other methods and modalities to provide a personalized approach to your experience and healing journey.

My Professional Development
CHIKARA NO IDO TRAINING (MATSUMOTO, JAPAN)
August 2009 – June 2010
I learned the ancient art of chikara no ido while living in Japan. My instruction came at the hands of a wise old man who traveled the country with a group of alternative medicine practitioners.
PRACTITIONER, CHIKARA NO IDO
April 2011 – Present
Taking the skills and training I acquired in Japan, I've made a practice out of sharing the healing potential of chikara no ido with people across the US and abroad.
CROSS-CULTURAL SHAMANISM TRAINING (UNITED KINGDOM)
April 2020 – September 2022
I trained under a shaman who lived and learned among various native American peoples and the San Bushmen of Southern Africa. Under her tutelage, I gained access to cross-cultural practices and ancient rituals that date back as far as history recalls.
FOUNDER, THE UTAH SHAMAN
October 2020 – Present
Leveraging the knowledge and skills I've developed and utilized for more than a decade, I opened a holistic medicine practice to enable those who might not normally have access to ancient healing modalities to enjoy them in a way that is both safe and familiar.
CORE SHAMANISM TEACHER TRAINING, (UNITED KINGDOM)
October 2022 – December 2023
I furthered my studies as a shamanic practitioner and dove deeply into the roles of mentor and teacher. Since my training, I've helped usher in the newest members of this ancient tradition in locations across the world.
